[SPC] Space & Overhead ISR

SPC | Space & Overhead ISR covers the orbital layer of European defence — synthetic-aperture radar constellations, military satellite communications, launch access, and the contest over sovereign overhead intelligence. Coverage runs from SATCOMBw and the SAR build-out (ICEYE, SPOCK/HanSa, Polsaris) to IRIS², the OHB–Airbus–Thales–Leonardo consolidation, and airborne ISR where it feeds the same picture. Much of Europe's targeting and early warning still runs through assets it does not own.
