[INT] NATO & EU

INT | NATO & EU is the theatre of the alliance and the union acting as institutions — NATO force posture, commands and Article 5; EU defence instruments such as PESCO, the European Defence Fund and EDIP; the machinery of collective defence. The test is that the institution itself is the actor. A member state's own decision is the [DPL] lens, a deal between states the [DIP] lens, and the American relationship the [ATL] theatre.
