[PLB] Poland–Lithuania–Belarus

PLB | Poland–Lithuania–Belarus covers the three states of NATO's eastern frontline — Poland, Lithuania and Belarus — as a single theatre: flank force posture and procurement, the Suwałki gap and Kaliningrad, Belarusian alignment with Moscow, and the border and hybrid pressure that runs the length of the line. Other Central and Eastern European states sit in [CEE]; this is specifically the Poland–Lithuania–Belarus bloc.
